Dan E. Perry, Sr.
Dan E. Perry is a shareholder of Perry Management, Inc. and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Perry has been an attorney for Perry, Perry, and Perry, PA since 1958. He attended school at UNC-Chapel Hill and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law Degree. He is a member of the Rotary Club and Faith Fellowship Church. Mr. Perry is married and has three children and one grandchild. |

Ely J. Perry, III is President of Perry Management, Inc. He is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor. He is also involved in wetlands mitigation. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ely has worked for Perry Management since 1987. Ely currently serves as the President of the Lenoir Committee of 100, serves on the Board of Directors for Louisburg College and is a member of the Rotary Club. He is married and is the father of three children.

Burton S. Rudolph has been employed by Perry Management, Inc since 2001. He has a B.S. degree from the University of California and a Masters Degree from Clemson University. He is a licensed engineer and has worked extensively in wetlands mitigation. He is married and has three sons.

Gram Spear is Vice-President of Real Estate. Gram is a licensed real estate broker. He has worked for Perry Management, Inc. since 1991. Gram is a graduate of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, Inc., a Certified Residential Specialist, and an Accredited Buyer Representative. He attended Appalachian State University and East Carolina University. He is a member of Grace Fellowship Church and is married with four children.

Amanda Barajas is the bookkeeper for Perry Management, Inc. and has been employed by the company since June 2006. She earned a BA in Business Administration from Peace College. In 2000, she received the award of North Carolina Manager of the Year from SAHMA.
